General Information and Overview of the Godex DT230+
The Godex DT230+ was introduced in 2025 as a successor to the RT200. While the RT series emphasizes premium quality, the DT series is designed with affordability in mind. This entry-level model includes built-in network connectivity as standard.
Unlike the RT series, the DT series does not support ribbon printing, which means it does not offer smudge-resistant print options. However, it excels in compactness, reliability, and ease of use for standard label printing tasks.
All models in the DT series are available with or without a display and in two different print resolutions. There’s also a linerless option available, allowing labels to be printed without a backing liner — making them ready for use immediately.
The DT230+ is the 300 DPI model within this series, making it ideal for printing crisp, detailed content even on smaller labels.
Godex backs its printers with a 3-year warranty (excluding the printhead, which is covered for 6 months due to variable usage). With the inclusion of the powerful yet user-friendly GoLabel software, label design and printing are made even more accessible.
If a 203 DPI resolution is sufficient and faster printing is required, the Godex DT2X provides a more cost-effective alternative.
