About the Godex RT730iW

The Godex RT730i is a very reliable and pleasant label printer which is very versatile. The combination of the good design, the high-quality materials used for the printer mechanism and the many extras make the Godex RT730i one of the best-selling Godex Desktop label printers. The Godex RT730i belongs to the desktop RT series from Godex which consists of a wide range of models that differ in terms of print width, print resolution and whether or not a user interface (display) is present. This special Godex RT730iW adds a Wi-Fi connection option.

From the RT printer series from Godex, the RT730i is the barcode printer with a print resolution of 300 DPI, ideal for printing labels with small or complex barcodes in combination with texts consisting of small letters. With the print resolution of 300 DPI, everything is legible on the label. The “i” in the type number stands for “interface” by which Godex refers to the printer’s display. Godex has exactly the same model also available without a display, that is the Godex RT730 (so without “i”). Businesslabels always advises to choose the models with display, these ensure a much better user experience and the quick resolution of any malfunctions and problems.

The Godex RT730iW prints both Thermal Direct printer media and Thermal Transfer media using a Transfer ribbon (TT ribbons). The Godex RT730iW uses TT ribbons with a core diameter of 1 inch (25.4 mm) and a length of 300 m (on average sufficient for 4 label rolls).

A 203 DPI printer of this model is also available for less complex prints, the Godex RT700iW.
