The number of commercial breweries has increased sharply in recent years. The beers that these breweries brew are not only available at the special business or catering establishments, the large supermarket chains also make room on the shelves for regional beers.
Of course, the fact that there are more commercial breweries does not mean that they are all Heineken in size, in fact, most are relatively “small” in volume but “large” in brewing special beer. The “Budget starter set beer labels variable” has been compiled with the aim of putting together an affordable set that is as universal as possible. The included label rollers are so-called endless label rollers that are cut off by the printer to the correct length. As a result, only the label width of 100 is a fixed size, furthermore, work can be done as universally as possible on the basis of wishes and needs.
Reusing beer bottles is a well-known concept with beer bottles. From the largest commercial brewers to the hobby brewers at home, the beer bottles reuse as much as possible. In addition to cleaning the inside, the bottle must also be labelled with a new label after filling. With Diamondlabels specially developed glossy paper with water-sensitive glue, this can be done without any effort.
The material of Diamondlabels has been launched under the code “DIA600B” which stands for Diamondlabels Inkjet A-grade. This material is not only equipped with a special glue but also with a high-quality inkjet coating which is suitable for the Epson ColorWorks label printers.
Printing labels in color with an inkjet printer, is that useful? Printing with an inkjet printer still gives the expectation that the ink will run out due to moisture. With the Epson ColorWorks printers, that’s a thing of the past.
The Epson ColorWorks inkjet color label printers are ideal for printing labels in color. The materials of Diamondlabels are also of very high quality. The combination of a good material such as the DIA600B from Diamondlabels with the Epson CW-C4000 make for fantastic labels. Although the printed labels on DIA600B can be rinsed well with lukewarm water, the label is moisture resistant. The label and the imprint therefore remain even in humid conditions such as with high-quality condensation.
Within the label industry, an endless label role is a widely used way to be able to deal flexibly with label sizes. In this case, the label role exists in a sense over 1 very long label. Because the Epson ColorWorks TM-C3500 is equipped with an automatic paper knife, the printer can cut the label to the correct length. In this case, you are only bound to the width of the label on the roll, the length you can determine yourself. This makes it easy to print a label of 100 x 76 mm and the next label at 100 x 150 mm, or something that suits you better. Vary all you want, you have 36 meters per roll.

The speed and print resolution are great for middle to small sized beer breeuwers that like to print there own labels without losing any Quality. The advanced color coltrols of this Epson printer makes the print results and colors as close to the expected result as possible and also changing the colors based preprinted color tests is possible by using the color matching option.
As to be expected the printouts of this printer on the DIA600B inkjet label material is very resilient and therefor moist, UV-light and other influences have no impact on the print. The pigment inkt used by the Epson ColorWorks printers are develop for the chemical industry and are proven to be food safe.
